Buttons don't trigger only in build

Hey, I was making a game and everything worked fine till now. In editor the game runs completely smooth without any problems. But in the built versions the TMP Buttons aren't triggering their events. Hovering and clicking just works, but nothing happens like starting the game. So unfortunately I can't tell wether it's only the buttons or the whole game messed up. Switching to the newest Unity version 2020.3.14f1 did not fix it. Thanks in advance for your help!
