How to stop build screen settings from saving

The expected behavior is when you change the screen settings of the game and reopen it, the changes from before wouldn't have saved. Currently they save the FullscreenMode and the resolution. I am using the SetResolution method from the Screen class Screen.SetResolution(*width*, *height*, *FullscreenMode*) I tried searching in the Player Settings and the build directory, but I wasn't sure what to look for. It might be in some temp folder of Windows, but still no idea.
