I'm making a VR game, and I am unable to make an actual build

Hello, I am trying to make a VR game, but whenever I try to make a build to test the features I currently have it stops and gives me a long error. > Exception: I looked up online and found that the reason should be that I am missing some android libraries. I redownloaded unity and it still says I am missing the recommended Android NDK and I just don't know how to fix it. Please help me.
