When I try to build my "game" for android, I keep getting this error..

I've checked the internet and so far I have tried:
downloading and installing both the Android SDK and Java JDK
- setting the paths to the install folders inside external tools in preferences
- re-installing both Android Studio and the Android SDK to their default locations
- copying the tools folder inside the SDK folder from the download at https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html#downloads (command line tools)
- setting my player settings (icon, compagny name,..)
- tried to assign/create a keystore
- build to another folder
- changed the location of my project folder
- copied a file called ZipAlign from build-tools to tools
I use Unity 5.5.4f1 (64-bit)
