When I build the Space Shooter tutorial for Iphone, the game play area doesn't fit on the screen. What am I doing wrong?

The restart button and the score are in the right spots but the ship can fly off the screen. Also the splash screen at the start looks like its too big for the screen. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks!
